Addison lee site cabins delivery

The former Addison Lee car park site near Granby Terrace is being developed to be used as a construction compound to support the works in the Granby Terrace/Hampstead Road area.

In our December update we stated that from January 2018 there would be site cabins installed at the compound. These works have been postponed and the cabins will now be installed from 8 May.

From 8 May , the cabins will be delivered and installed within the site. The work will take six and half days including Saturday morning, and will take place during normal working hours;

  • Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-1pm
  • Our contractors may also be on site for an hour before the start and/or at the end of each shift
  • To ensure safe vehicle movements into the compound the following traffic management will apply:

  • The footpath on Granby Terrace Bridge directly outside the site between Hampstead Road and Park Village East will be fully closed until the works at the compound are completed, due at the end of May. The footpath on the opposite side of Granby Terrace Bridge will not be affected and will remain open as usual
  • The parking bays on the southern side of Granby Terrace between Hampstead road and Harrington street will be suspended for the duration of these works
  • The road will otherwise remain open. Traffic marshals will direct vehicles straight into the site.
  • We recognise the disturbance this work can create and we apologise in advance.
