News on HS2 in Camden

Hampstead Road – Ground investigation works will start from late July/ early August on Hampstead Road, near Cartmel, Regent's Park Estate. Works will take approximately 6 weeks to complete.

Outside 1 - 67 Cartmel, on Hampstead Road, there will be a partial foot way closure and bus lane closure with traffic management in place.

What are we doing: Typical works take place week days between 8am and 6pm with an additional half hour at the start and again at the end of the day to set up and clear away. The works will involve digging an inspection pit and using equipment to drill a borehole to take samples or measurements. Once the work is complete, our contractor will reinstate the area to its previous condition. We recognise the disturbance this work can create and apologise in advance.
