Road closure and parking bay suspensions on Doric Way and Drummond Crescent

We will be carrying out ground investigation works on Doric Way to help us to understand more about the current conditions and determine the locations of utilities. To enable these works, we need to use a series of temporary road closures and parking bay suspensions on Doric Way and Drummond Crescent from early May to 2 July 2021. Temporary office facility at the Vehicle Holding Area

In May and June we will install additional temporary offices in the Vehicle Holding Area to accommodate our growing team until November. We will locate this two-storey welfare office between the park-side hoarding and the existing three-storey site office. It will not be visible to residents once installed. Update on utility works at Parkway and Camden Cutting

Due to UKPN works in the area, we were unable to carry out the CCTV utility surveys on Mornington Terrace, Clarkson Row and Mornington Crescent last month. We have now rescheduled these surveys for the 12 to 14 May.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to complete the CCTV drainage survey of the sewer beneath Parkway, planned for the night of 12 April. We have now rescheduled this survey for 17 May and will carry it out overnight to limit the impact on local businesses and residents.

Last month we removed a section of the hoarding on the corner of Park Village East and Granby Terrace to make way for the installation of an onsite substation. Due to delays the substation install will be completed on 14 June.
