News on HS2 in Camden

Brick wall removal:

We wrote to you in early April advising that we would be carrying out further works to remove the brick wall at the eastern end of our site on Adelaide Road.

We need to remove this section of the wall as it is located in the area where we will place our welfare cabins and access gates to the site while we carry out piling works. We are extending our site at the eastern end, as we require additional space for construction of the ventilation shaft and headhouse.

We are planning to install our welfare cabins and access gates shortly.

Upcoming piling works:

During summer 2021, we will be carrying out piling works within the Adelaide Road site. We are still confirming the dates for these works. We will provide more information to local residents as soon as possible.
