News on HS2 in Camden

Due to progression of works being undertaken for the HS2 programme, some of the Network Rail activities that were initially planned later this month have now been rescheduled for this weekend, 16 to 17 June.

Please accept Network Rail’s apologies for the short notice regarding these activities.

The work involves the installation of new overhead line masts in area C and new foundations for CCTV and power services in area B. (see map below)

The work will be carried out as quickly and carefully as possible to reduce disturbance and disruption. Monitoring and close supervision will be in place to ensure the safety of residents and the general public. Whilst workers will need to communicate with each other during the work, they have been instructed to keep noise to a minimum as far as possible.

We will keep you informed with further alerts should further re-scheduling occur.
