  • What are we doing

All works are expected to take place week days only between 8am and 6pm with an additional half hour at the start and again at the end of the day to set up and clear away. The work will involve using drilling equipment to dig an inspection pit and borehole to take samples or measurements. Once the work is complete, our contractor will restore the area to its previous condition. We recognise the disturbance this work can create and apologies in advance.

    What to expect

  • Background noise from drilling boreholes and digging trial pits and the use of water pumps
  • Hoardings around the site
  • Contractor vehicle movements to and from the site
  • Traffic management systems in place when the site is located on the public highway
