From Monday 16 July the section of Drummond Street between the junctions of Cobourg Street and Melton Street will be closed to all vehicles. Pedestrian access will remain open.
The decision to temporarily close Drummond Street has been taken because of concern for pedestrian safety at the junction of Drummond Street and Melton Street. The closure is due to be in place for an initial two-week period, but may be extended and we will inform you if it is. During the closure local traffic management and pedestrian safety will be monitored.
