This report assesses proposals for reasonable alternatives to an on-street lorry holding facility at Park Crescent in the City of Westminster.
The study was carried out in response to concerns raised regarding the potential conflict between an on-street lorry holding area at Park Crescent with the route and users of the planned Cycle Superhighway 11.
The requirements for lorry holding areas and their location will continue to be developed in line with the design and construction timetable.
